Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are issued by Zingle Stay Airport Hotel (the “Hotel”), which includes its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and covers information collected and used by the Hotel in the course of its business. Your information may be collected and used by the Hotel through your use of this Site.  We have prepared these Terms and Conditions to explain more about how we collect and manage your information.

Child Policy

  • One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. 

  • All children above 5 years are charged Rs.600 per night for extra beds.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy

  • Check-In: 12 noon 

  • Check Out: 11:00 AM

  • Early Check-in: Rs.600 per room

  • Late Check-out: Rs.600 per room

Extra Bed Policy

  • Only Deluxe Double Room can accommodate Extra Bed

  • The maximum number of extra beds in a Deluxe Double Room is One

​

Smoking Policy

  • All Rooms are non-smoking rooms

  • Smoking zone available on the terrace

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Guest can cancel with 100% free refund un till one day before check-in
